Ecological-economic bases of the second processing of oil wastes

In the article the ecological-economic bases of second processing of oil wastes are considered. The problems of oil wastes in Ukraine and possible ways of their decision are certain. It organizing-economic mechanism of the development to branches of the secondary conversion in Ukraine is offered, complex action for formation of national system of second processing in Ukraine is designed and validly, prospects of development of such activity are defined.
