Introduction of the system of state financial administrative account on the strategic enterprises of Ukraine

In the article the necessity of introduction of the system of state financial administrative account is grounded on the strategic enterprises of Ukraine and conceptual blocks are offered in relation to stage-by-stage its construction. The bases functions of mechanism of state financial administrative account are resulted.
