Principles and methodology of estimation of property complexes of the IT-Companies

In article features of the companies working in sphere IТ-technology, and also existing methods of estimation of cost of such objects are considered. Simplified enough character of existing approaches is ascertained, some value indices are analyzed which are inherent to such objects and some methods of valuation are examined, including method of direct capitalization. A multiplier and coefficient of capitalization are considered. We determined a necessity of taking into account an influence of special factors to the estimated size of value.
