Preconditions are resulted and necessity of formation methodical recommendations concerning a choice of tariff strategy in sphere of granting of services of a mail service is proved. Necessity of carrying out of marketing research is defined at formation of tariff strategy and its basic stages are resulted. The methodical approach to a choice of tariff strategy depending on elasticity of demand at the price is offered.
