Static and Dynamic of Enterprise Organizational Culture

The paper deals with the meaning of the enterprise organizational culture, especially considering current global and national socio-economic processes. Particular attention is given to research concepts of static (state) and dynamics (development, changes) of enterprises organizational culture. Different aspects and features of their manifestation according to current economic conditions in the domestic economy were considered. Given detailed classification of the organizational culture states on various grounds according to their characteristics, characterized all of each. Described the main types of organizational culture dynamic according to classification features and identified their characteristics. Highlight possible mechanisms of organizational culture changing for start-ups. Different aspects of Ukrainian enterprises organizational culture development based on theoretical research of domestic and foreign scholars and practical experience of the author were characterized.
