Cruise Tourism in the Context of the Maritime Doctrine of Ukraine

Expounded problems process the Maritime Doctrine of Ukraine in the field of maritime cruise tourism, the tendencies of international maritime cruise tourism market. The analysis and described the main problems of the cruise market services require a search for new forms of integration of financial, industrial and intellectual capital of state-owned and private enterprises to form a tangible competitive advantage functioning maritime complex of Ukraine in the field of maritime cruise tourism. It is noted that the main objective of the regional government and business is to choose a full-scale revival of the script tourism and transport the marine complex of Ukraine. It is proved that under international integration of tourist business should consider increasing the state's role in the development of cruise shipping for socio-economic development of the Black Sea region. The measures on the further integration of the maritime industry of the state in the international cruise of industry, enhance all forms of activity in terms of cruise services in ports, full-service cruise tourists.
