Specific Functions System Formation of an Enterprise Energy Efficiency Management

Efficient consumption of energy resources is included in the national priorities of the state as an important factor of Ukraine's energy security. Together with the transport infrastructure and housing and communal services, industrial enterprises consume a significant portion of national energy resources. Managing the efficiency of energy resource consumption insures cost reduction as well as enhances market competitiveness of both domestic enterprises and their products. Systems approach application to enterprise energy efficiency management implies energy efficiency management system formation, which backbone factor is the principle of functional completeness. Efficiency of energy resources consumption depends on the efficiency of energy usage, as well as the level of energy losses on every stage of production process on the enterprise. The expediency of managing energy flows on the enterprise in accordance with the stages of the production process, such as pre-production, production, production maintenance, production assurance and sales of finished product, is grounded in the article. Specific functions system of an enterprise energy management, which is resulted by the study, is an integral part of the enterprise’s management system and forms methodological basis for the further studies, which might include substantiation of the energy efficiency indicators of the enterprise.
