Directions of Modernization of Standards for Sustainable Development in the Context of “Green” Economic Growth of the Region

The article defined theoretical and methodological bases of modernization of system standards for sustainable development, namely the improvement of standards for factors of influence, for factors of perceptions and for standards governing the interaction between them in the field of regional development, the formation of standards for the regulation of social and economic systems in the context of green growth, greening socio-economic development, the formation of ecological modernization due to socio-economic systems. Directions upgrading standards of sustainable development is defined as the main premise of "greening" the economy of the region, which must be managed through international argument and innovation policy. Identify areas such modernization of standards: standards species modernization, improving standards and types of consideration the time factor and the reaction of the socio-economic that effect on standards. Establish the relationship between areas.
