Financing Water Complex: Mechanisms, Trends and Perspective

Water complex of Ukraine is developing under the influence of the financial and economic processes. There is a need to accumulate positive experience. There is a need to develop new financial support. Government financial aid is the basic support mechanism for water management. Analysed investments and operating costs in the water sector. The quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the process. Analysed the use of economic instruments in the water sector. The role of environmental charges in generating financial flows complex was considered. The efficiency of tariff policy in the water sector was investigated. The components of the tariff for water was determined. Mechanisms to improve the financing of water management identified.
