Intrapreneurship: Particular Use in Entrepreneurship

In the article the basic aspects of intrapreneurship as a one of the type of entrepreneurship are explored. Researched the history of the emergence and nature of intrapreneurship, its key features, differences and characteristics, scope and key issues. We consider the similarities and differences of intrapreneurship from entrepreneurship. The methods that were used to promote intrapreneurship in companies are provided. Comparative advantages and disadvantages of entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship are determined. It is emphasized that the intrapreneurship organization usually can operate in one or in a combination of two forms: the coexistence and/or structural separation. It is indicated that large corporations are investing a lot of money in the development of intrapreneurship, and the main causes of this phenomenon in terms of competition with innovations at small intrapreneurship companies
