Minimization of risks of investing in local bonds as the basis of municipal borrowings development in Ukraine

The main risks of investing in municipal securities are analyzed and possible ways of such risks mitigation are investigated in the article. The basic framework of creditworthiness rating estimation of municipalities within the identification of local bonds reliability is considered.
