The Enterprise Development as Social and Ecological System in Conditions of Instability

The article is contained the analysis of the enterprise development as a socio-ecological system, the general manifestations of such development using functional approach is defined. It is justified that enterprise development is a set of economic, organizational, technological, social and environmental development, while the social and environmental components are an integral part of its successful functioning and development. The principles, manifestations and features of the enterprise development as a socio-ecological system are generalized. The drivers and barriers of the socially-environmentally oriented development of the enterprise are determined. Priority directions of enterprise development as a socio-ecological system, allocated on a functional aspect are generalized. The directions of the enterprise development are characterized by the following functions: production, investment, innovation, finance, personnel, marketing, information and communications. The benefits of implementing the proposed directions of socio-ecological development of the enterprise are singled out.
