Backgrounds of Ukrainian Machine-Building Enterprises Marketing Activity Reengineering

Severe decrease of Ukrainian industry in general and Ukrainian machine-building branch economic results requires the most rapid and effective measures to create effective methodological platform for crisis stop. To define the most effective instruments and the most priority directions the author of the article analyzed backgrounds of the current situation. He researched such important, and problem in the same time, aspects as: motivate work with a personal, corporative consciousness, innovations implementation, new products developing, new markets mastering, orders book filling. Marketing activity was defined as the most priority direction for redesigning; marketing activity re-engineering was defined as the most effective instrument. The author stated the task to create new image of machine-building enterprise marketing, its new functions, limits of influence and aims. Defined backgrounds create clear initial conditions for the following developing the most effective methodological recommendations of Ukrainian machine-building enterprises’ marketing activity re-engineering.
