The European experience of economic and legal instruments implementation for insuring sustainable development

The paper conducted a comparative analysis of economic and legal instruments of the European Community and Ukraine, the basic directions of implementation of economic and legal instruments for the purpose of greening the economy of Ukraine and ensuring its sustainable development.
