Innovative Development of Enterprises in Conditions of Economic Instability

The article studies the economic bases of innovative development of enterprises, identifies the basic factors providing it. This work analyzes the effectiveness of formation of innovation policy and outlines the general social effects of innovation. It is also considered, how important strategic management of innovations are for the development of anti-crisis policy of the enterprise. The article specifies why it is important to learn from the experience of innovative processes in other countries. It is also analyzed dynamics of innovative activities in Ukraine and EU, also it is shown some comparison of Ukrainian firms innovative activities in comparison with EU ones. It also studies the causes of low innovation activity of modern enterprises, among the main are insufficient legislation in the area, high costs of involving lending capital, poor experience of management in the field of strategic development of firms, etc.
