Ecological and Economic Tools for Transport Development in the Transition to "Green" Economy

Article attention paid to the greening of transport perspective direction in the transition to a green economy. Analysed the impact of transport systems on the environment and health of human capital. The criteria of “greening” of transport systems, taking into account environmental and economic contradictions. An analysis of the structure of emissions by mode found that the largest share of emissions makes transport. Accordingly, the main directions of the greening of transport concentrated mainly on reducing emissions from vehicles, namely the introduction and promotion of transport that runs on alternative energy sources, the rejection of individual transport in favour of social and exotic, creation of multimodal centres. In terms of national economic realities studied the advantages and disadvantages electrocars operation at the present stage of development.
