Institutional Analysis of the State Influence on the National Economy Structuring

The necessity to develop the methodological principles of the institutional analysis of the national economy structuring, which would allow to identify and diagnose the interdependence and displays the influence of the state institutions on the structure forming processes is proved. The objectives of the institutional analysis of the structural economic transformations are examined. The methodological approaches to research the institutes and their quality are determined; the criteria for its evaluation are analyzed. On the basis of the defined theoretical and methodological foundations of the institutional analysis, the diagnostics of the state institutions’ impact on the structuring of the national economy in terms of their following interrelated groups: political, legal, economic, social, ideological are conducted. The barriers of creation of a favorable institutional environment of the purposeful national economy structuring with the use of the state institutions’ potential are defined. It is emphasized that in order to improve the efficiency of the public institutions of the national economy structuring, it is necessary to improve them as a part of the development and implementation of the program of economic restructuring in Ukraine.
