Formation Integrated Approach to Management of Economic Security of Foreign Economic Activity of Machine-building Enterprises

The article deals with peculiarities to form management system of foreign economic activity security at the enterprises, including strategies and mechanisms of the foreign economic activity security at the enterprises. Foreign economic activity (FEA) economic security management at the enterprise includes organizational and economic control mechanism structure. Strategies to provide enterprise economic security are constituents of the mechanism. They are chosen depending on economic security zone, corresponding to each analyzed FEA directions. The three component factor to estimate enterprise economic security level was suggested to consider internal and external factors, which influence the enterprise economic security at the foreign market entrance. It includes enterprise potential evaluation to conduct IEA; level of the country risk; factor of the enterprise market abilities level. Investigation of the approach to form strategies and mechanism to provide FEA at the enterprise will allow to increase economic security general level, to stimulate administrative staff to held actions, oriented to use rationally enterprise resources, to choose optimal sales market of its products, and to choose such activity that totally will satisfy the international market needs.
