System of Organizational and Economic Ensuring of Social and Environmental Responsibility of Business

The paper is dedicated to theoretical base of organizational and economic system for social and environmental responsibility. The system includes a number of elements: diagnostic part, a part of implementing social and environmental responsibility, and a part of social and economic transformation of a company. The structural elements are combined in a coherent mechanism through direct and backward links and determine a direction and nature of interactions within the system. This decisive role in implementing social and environmental responsibility belongs to stakeholders of different levels of hierarchy. The paper presents the author's approach to evaluation of social and economic efficiency of social and environmental responsibility, which unlike existing ones is based on the links between the level of social and environmental responsibility, goodwill and financial results of a company and additionally considers improvement of social and environmental security in the region
