Economic Problems of Biological Resource Management in Ukraine and EU

It was defined the strengths of the Ukrainian economy are agriculture and other industries where biological resources are used. In the conditions when the state's entering to the European market, it is expedient to use the potential in this sphere as much as possible. But it is worth noting that there are many problems in Ukraine that do not allow us to make full use of opportunities and achieve maximum economic efficiency in this area. The article draws attention to the fact that these problems are relevant not only for our country, but also for the member states of the European Union and the world as a whole. The author analyzes the main economic obstacles towards increasing the profitability of a business that built on the use of bioresources. The article also provides an overview of key market trends and analyzes the problems of the industry on the example of the agro-industrial complex, in particular beekeeping. The author suggests ways of transforming the conditions of doing business related to bioresources, in order to maximize the ecological and economic efficiency of these types of management.
