Resource Competition and Economic Conflicts in the Global Business: Drivers, Security, Institutional and Resource Concept Settlement
(original language – Ukrainian)

The paper is devoted to the study of the phenomenon of the international economic conflict in the global economy in the face of scarcity of resources and methods for its settlement by economic actors and countries. Economic activity of companies in international markets of goods (services), investments, technologies is characterized by a considerable number of economic conflicts that arise and occur in the environment of uncertainty and socio-economic risks, and significantly affect the efficiency of their activities. Globalization economic processes increase the role and significance in the economy of each state, namely, international economic relations as sources of profit. At the same time, as a result of often inadequate economic interests of business entities, contradictions between them and/or countries arise and develop and, accordingly, in such conditions, the search for compromises and methods of realization of such contradictory economic interests of the parties to the conflict is actualized. The paper deals with the theoretical and methodological aspects of international economic conflicts, their object and subject, and taking into account the contemporary economic paradigm and economic and organizational forms of international economic conflicts, the conflictuality of modern resource contradictions in the global economy is determined. Based on the critical analysis of the scientific and practical developments of contemporary conflictology, effective organizational and economic mechanisms for resolving economic conflicts have been identified and scientific and methodological approaches to the formation and use of procedures for the settlement of economic contradictions, taking into account the functional interrelations between economic actors, have been improved.

Key words: resolution, company, international economic conflict, contradiction, resource, management.
