Pseudocrisis or crisis of safety as a tool of modern economic development

In the article the modern crisis effects in context of theory of cycle is represented, the author definition of safety crisis or рseudoсrisis is done, the approaches to pseudocrisis classification are proposed, the possibilities for governmental behaviour in the framework of new type crisis are performed.
