Ecologo-economic aspects of the problem resolution of waste circulation at regional level (on an example of the Sumy area)

In this article the basic problems concerning waste management and real prospects of decreasing of ecologically destructive influence are studied. The analysis of the regional policy of waste management was investigated. The proposed project concerning reduction of secondary raw materials is able to decrease the level of the negative influence on the Sumy region ecology.
