Organizational economic model of generating socio-ecological-economic mechanism on the basis of innovative cluster structures

In the article the stages of clustering were investigated focused on innovative on eco-oriented clusters, substantiated the necessity to use them to reduce the human impact on the environment. Theoretical and methodological aspects of creating and operating a cluster of innovative structures that focused on environmental and economic development were defined. The basic benefits of clustering were described, that was one of the ways of increasing the competitiveness of the region by attracting investments in high-tech infrastructure.
