Eco-Socio-Economic Systems in Conditions of External Environment Instability
(original language – Ukrainian)

The economic phenomena and processes are investigated through the prism of modern physical economics in close connection with energy-related and bioinformational flows coming from the Cosmos to the Earth's surface. Environmental balancing is the state of any spatial ecological and economic system, in which the system develops in accordance to its own internal laws, which constantly reproduce its most significant biophysical properties. In this context, balancing can be identified with biophysical stability. The economic system stability is established if equilibrium forces are balanced. To form such a state of stability it is needed to find out the laws of the development of the eco-socio-economic systems (ESES). Environmental equilibrium can be formed under the influence of many factors and significantly different from the ESES equilibrium. It is noted that economic activity in each ESES should be carried out within the limits of the ability of local biogeocoenosis to self-reproduction. Since each ESES is spatially determined, therefore its integrity is not possible without its primary basis - territorial integrity. The whole set of natural resources, as well as environmental benefits is characterized as stocks (shares) or streams of "useful" energy from the Sun, which is embodied in economic benefits later. The article states that the natural subsystem ESES is open not only to the environment, but also to the socio-economic subsystem, which, while implementing the processes of nature use, creates some end products. Depending on the regime of this nature, which may be changing all the time, there are fluctuations in the level of nongentropy in ESES subsystem, the last affects the amount of free energy of the natural subsystem, and hence its efficiency. In the thermodynamic sense the ESES are open (biophysical) systems in the nucleus of which there are landscape systems that, through their operation, pass through a large number of nonequilibrium states, which in turn is accompanied by corresponding changes in the thermodynamic parameters of their development.

Key words: ecological and socio-economic system, environment, physical economy, natural capital, energy.
