Economic Instruments Phases Management of Directions of Business Processes Reengineering of Industrial Enterprises

In the conditions of the dominant third and fourth technological order, domestic industrial enterprises must meet the world trends in the field of innovative, logistical, economic, organizational and social development of productive forces. In order to adapt industrial enterprises to modern business conditions it is expedient to use transformational methods of management, which is the reengineering of business processes that lead to a more effective transition to a sustainable state of the business entity in a market economy. The authors perfected the economic tools for realization of directions of reengineering business processes of industrial enterprises in the phases of its management. A system of economic indicators of the phases of planning, accounting, control, analysis, regulation in the implementation of directions of reengineering of business processes of industrial enterprises has been formed, which will help increase the economic efficiency of economic activities of companies in the industrial complex of the country.
