Preconditions for the Formation of the

The article shows in popular form the cycle of events forming the preconditions for the creation of the "Internet of things" as a basic factor of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0). The research analyzes with connection to periods of time realization of the twelve key cycles. A paticular focus is on role of economic factors. It is concluded that there is a need to move from a sesion of new development to sustainable management of a phase transition to a new social and economic formation.
