Analysis and Systematization of Problem and Perspective Factors of Development of the Agricultural Sector of Ukraine

The main tendencies of the agricultural sector of Ukraine are analyzed. The statistical data of the agro-industrial export dynamics are given, which indicate a significant increase in sales of such products as cereals and fats of vegetable and animal origin. Prospective factors of development are determined, among which the most significant are the resource and production potential. A number of problem factors have been investigated, among which the most destructive are the discrepancy between production and international standards and the crisis state of related industries. Based on the unified state strategy for the development of agriculture in Ukraine for 2015–2020, the main state strategic priorities for the development of the industry are identified. The result of the study is the generalization and formalization of all factors and priorities into a systematic scheme that reflects the current state of agriculture and the prospects for its further development.
