Scientific Research Problems of External Motivational Environment of Tourism Enterprises

Tourist industry is one of the most profitable in the economy of Ukraine. A huge historical and architectural, climatic, cultural and ethnographic potential accumulated in the state is one of the important characteristics of the image of the state. Given the difficult political and economic situation, this is the hospitality sector can contribute to addressing employment, attract foreign investment, improve the image of our country. At the same time the industry's development is closely linked to new requirements for staff and, in particular – to the motivation of employees to improve the quality of tourism services, to meet the needs of consumers of tourism products, improve their qualification and professional level. The article addressed the following research objectives: A content analysis of scientific problems and established scientists to review the external motivational environment of tourism enterprises, taking into account factors affecting their development; grounded concept of "external motivational environment tourist enterprise"; the factors and developed an algorithm for the diagnosis of external motivational environment tourist enterprise.
